ما نجمعه: عبر نموذج التواصل: الاسم ورقم الهاتف والمدينة ونوع الاستفسار ونص رسالتك والبريد الإلكتروني إن أدخلته. وعبر المستشار الذكي: الاسم ورقم الهاتف والمدينة واختياراتك في المسار والترشيح الناتج. ونسجّل مع كل طلب وقت موافقتك ورقماً مرجعياً ومصدر الزيارة (مثل الحملة الإعلانية أو الرابط المُحيل) ونوع المتصفح. لا نحتفظ بعنوان IP في سجلات الطلبات؛ إذ يُستخدم مؤقتاً لدقائق للحماية من الرسائل المزعجة ثم يُحذف.What we collect: via the contact form: name, phone, city, inquiry type, your message and email if provided; via the Advisor: name, phone, city, your path selections and the resulting recommendation. With each request we also record your consent timestamp, a reference number, the visit source (such as the campaign or referring link) and browser type. We do not keep IP addresses in request records; they are used for a few minutes only to protect against spam and then deleted.

المشاركة: لا نبيع بياناتك ولا نشاركها مع أطراف ثالثة إلا مزوّدي الخدمة التقنية اللازمين لتشغيل الموقع (الاستضافة، وخدمة البريد الإلكتروني، وGoogle Analytics عند موافقتك)، وشركاء التمويل عند طلبك ذلك صراحةً.Sharing: we do not sell your data or share it with third parties except technical service providers needed to run the site (hosting, email delivery, and Google Analytics with your consent) and financing partners when you explicitly request it.

مكان التخزين: تُخزَّن بيانات الموقع والطلبات على خوادم مزوّد الاستضافة في أوروبا، وتصل إشعارات الطلبات عبر خدمات البريد الإلكتروني من Google؛ أي أن بياناتك قد تُعالَج خارج مصر، مع اتخاذ الضمانات المناسبة لحمايتها.Storage location: site and request data are stored on our hosting provider's servers in Europe, and request notifications are delivered through Google email services; your data may therefore be processed outside Egypt, with appropriate safeguards in place.

بديل واتساب: إذا تعذّر إرسال طلبك من الموقع، نعرض عليك رسالة واتساب جاهزة ببيانات طلبك لتراجعها وترسلها بنفسك؛ ولا يُرسَل شيء إلا بضغطك على زر الإرسال في واتساب.WhatsApp fallback: if your request cannot be sent from the site, we offer a pre-filled WhatsApp message with your request details for you to review and send yourself; nothing is sent unless you press send in WhatsApp.

الاحتفاظ: نحتفظ ببيانات الاستفسار لمدة لا تتجاوز 24 شهراً ما لم تصبح عميلاً، وتُحذف سجلات الطلبات تلقائياً بعد انقضاء هذه المدة.Retention: inquiry data is kept for no more than 24 months unless you become a customer, and request records are deleted automatically after that period.
